I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3–21, with a passion for helping individuals through life's most challenging and transformative moments. I walk alongside clients from diverse backgrounds as they navigate challenges. My practice is dedicated to fostering growth, emotional resilience, and mental wellness.

I respect the courage it takes to reach out for help. My focus is building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel secure exploring difficult emotions, being client-centered and validating, practicing cultural sensitivity, and empowering you to build tools to manage your life effectively.

MY JOURNEY TO MENTAL HEALTH

My journey has been shaped by hands-on experience in intensive mental health settings. I began in psychiatry, which taught me to be clinical, calm, collaborative, and compassionate. I transitioned into intensive outpatient programs, where I witnessed the urgency of care and the resilience of the human spirit.

No two people are alike, and neither should their therapy be. I work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

I believe clear, honest communication is a powerful tool for healing and growth. You can expect a space that is warm and supportive, but also direct and intentional. I practice active listening, utilize humor when appropriate, and give you opportunities to reflect. I'll ask meaningful questions and challenge unhelpful patterns with compassion.
